- Hospital Visits: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $25 for time, parking, and check-in.
- Correctional Facilities: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $70 due to extra time, dress code, electronics restrictions, parking, check-in, and security procedures.
- Living Trusts Full Packages: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $65 for 1 trustee, $130 for 2 trustees.
- Forbearance or Partial Claims Package: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $25 for 1 trustee, $50 for 2 trustees.
- Loan Signing Packages: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add between $80 and $130 (based on package). Includes collection of all signatures, notarization, and drop-off at mail annex. Printing not included.

Each flat fee includes the following:
- The complete cost of travel
- The cost of 1 notarized signature (for single document notarizations, doesn't apply to document packages)
- If you need additional notarized signatures, add +$15 per each added notarized signature
- I offer a 15-minute grace period if you're running late. After that, a + $1.00 per minute fee will apply.
