What Comes with This Flat Fee?

These fees apply for all General Notary Services (including Cannabis Friendly Notary Services).
As well as your zone pricing, Add an additional $50 for Notary visits to the Hospital for time, parking & check-in.
As well as your zone pricing, Add an additional $100 for Correctional Facilities visits due to the extra time it takes, the dress-code, electronics restrictions, parking, check-in, and pat-downs/metal detector searches
Loan Signing & Certified Notary Trust Delivery Services have a different pricing schedule because these services require additional services that aren't covered under General Notary Services pricing schedule.

Each flat fee includes the following:

The complete cost of travel
The cost of 1 notarized signature
(If you need additional notarized signatures, add +$15 per each added notarized signature)
I offer a 15-minute grace period if you're running late. After that, a + $1.00 per minute fee will apply.
