Expired Identification

Identification Documents
may be expired as
long as the ID has been issued within
the last 5 years, in
other words, an
Issuance Date (ISS) of:

Aug/17/2020 or newer.

Please Note: While a current unexpired identification doesn't require an issuance or ISS date, if your identification is expired and it does not have an ISS or Issuance date, this is considered an expired and invalid identification that cannot be used for your notarization.

What Comes with This Flat Fee?

Important Information: Please refer to the chart below for base General Notary & Cannabis Friendly Zone Pricing, which covers general notary travel fees. Some services require additional fees in addition to the below zone pricing due to special requirements, as outlined below.
Hospital Visits: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $50 for time, parking, and check-in.
Correctional Facilities: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $100 due to extra time, dress code, electronics restrictions, parking, check-in, and security procedures.
Living Trusts Full Packages: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $90 for 1 trustee, $130 for 2 trustees.
Forbearance or Partial Claims Package: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add $25 for 1 trustee, $50 for 2 trustees.
Loan Signing Packages: As well as the Zone Pricing listed below, add between $105 and $155 (based on package). Includes collection of all signatures, notarization, and drop-off at mail annex. Printing not included.

Each flat fee includes the following:

The complete cost of travel
The cost of 1 notarized signature (for single document notarizations, doesn't apply to document packages)
If you need additional notarized signatures, add +$15 per each added notarized signature
I offer a 15-minute grace period if you're running late. After that, a + $1.00 per minute fee will apply.
