Identification Documents

long as the ID has been issued within
the last 5 years, in
other words, an
Issuance Date (ISS) of:

Sep/17/2020 or newer.

Please Note: While a current unexpired identification doesn't require an issuance or ISS date, if your identification is expired and it does not have an ISS or Issuance date, this is considered an expired and invalid identification that cannot be used for your notarization.

15 minutes of wait time if you are late for your appointment is included. You will be charged $1.00 per minute if you are late past 15 minutes.
