How Free Friday Works

• Two signatures notarized free per transaction
• Two free signatures total per appointment. If multiple people arrive together for the same appointment, it still counts as one transaction
• Additional signatures are available at $15 each, cash only
• Fridays only, 8am to 4pm (normal business hours)
• Appointment required; no walk-ins accepted, no inside service
• Curbside service outside my residence or nearby where parking is available
• Plan for about 15 minutes per signature notarized (expect about 30 minutes if you need two signatures)

Parking Information

Downtown San Diego requires payment for most metered parking spaces during the day.

• Standard meters are $2.50 per hour, enforced Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm
• In the Gaslamp and core Downtown hospitality zone, meters are enforced until 8pm
• Sundays and after-hours are generally free in most zones (always check posted signage)
• During large events at Petco Park (Padres games or major concerts), surge pricing can apply at $10.00 per hour from about 2 hours before the event until 4 hours after. This covers much of Gaslamp, East Village, Marina, and nearby blocks
• Disabled placards or plates are exempt from meter payments, including during event surges
• Typical fines for an expired meter are about $55
• Please note that following city parking rules is your responsibility; I cannot assume liability for any violations
• To help secure a spot, plan to arrive a little early in case you need to circle the block or wait for an opening
